Purchasing a home from 3500 km away can be a challenge. However having the right realtor can sure make a difference! Having Dean made process so much easier, he made several trips to Edson for us including being present for the home inspection and final inspection. In all the real estate transactions we have been involved with never had an agent be so thorough and had our best interests in mind.
